Coaching the Chiefs
In February, I was privileged to share some time with the Chiefs, a professional rugby union team based in Hamilton, New Zealand. We talked about how to turn adversity to advantage and bring your “A Game” regardless of circumstances, and how to diminish the negative impact of stress and maintain motivation and positivity. I had an awesome time and thank the guys for giving me the time.
